Ductless Exhaust Fume Hood For Chemical Powders Particulates And Organic Solutions
If there is no ductwork installed above your lab room ceiling, and you get chemical powders, particulates and organic solutions involved during the experiments, then you might in need of a ductless exhaust fume hood.
ⅰ The USA brand PSC motor draws a steady airflow from room into the fume hood. The airflow produces a negative pressure and natural barrier to isolate operators from the chemicals they handle.
ⅱ The stable airflow takes particulates and fumes goes up to the filtration system. The filtration solution can be prefilter, plus one or two types of carbon filters, or HEPA filters and carbon filters combined.
ⅲ The hazardous particulates and fumes will be adsorbed on the filter’s internal space, and clean air will be recirculated back to room.
1.No ductwork needs to be installed, because no room conditioned air needs to be exhausted out. Energy saving and cost effective.
2.Assembled shipping and ready to use, a benchtop type or free standing type available to be placed at wherever in your lab room.
3.The filtration solution can be prefilter, added with two types of carbon filters, or HEPA filters and carbon filters combined.
4.Always safe, the face velocity can be set stable from 0.3 m/s to 0.7 m/s.
