The service life of the super cleaning table is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions, the super cleaning table can be used in general laboratories. However, in tropical or subtropical regions, due to the high amount of pollen or dust in the atmosphere, the super cleaning table should be placed in a better room with two doors. Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the super cleaning table face the open door or window to avoid affecting the service life of the filter.
The sterile room should be regularly dusted and disinfected with 70% alcohol or 0.5% phenol spray, wiped with 2% Bromogeramine on the table and utensils (70% alcohol is also acceptable), fumigated regularly with formalin (40% formaldehyde) plus a small amount of potassium permanganate, and disinfected with ultraviolet sterilization lamps (more than 15 minutes each time), so as to keep the sterile room in a high sterile state. The inside of the inoculation box should also be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp. The lamp should be turned on for more than 15 minutes before use to irradiate and sterilize, but there is still bacteria in any place that cannot be irradiated. When the ultraviolet lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to synthesize ozone molecules. This gas component has a strong bactericidal effect and can produce a sterilization effect on the corners not directly touched by ultraviolet light. As ozone is harmful to your health, you should turn off the UV lamp before entering the operation, and you can enter the room more than ten minutes after turning it off.
The ultraviolet lamp can also be hoisted on the ultra clean workbench, but it should be installed outside the lighting shade, and the lamps should be staggered and arranged in parallel, so that the lighting will not be affected during work. If the ultraviolet lamp is installed in the lighting lamp shade (glass plate), it is useless, because the ultraviolet cannot penetrate the glass, and its tube is made of quartz glass, not silicate glass.
The inoculation room shall be as simple as possible, and all articles that have no direct relationship with the work of the room shall not be put in, so as to maintain the sterile state. The air in the inoculation room should be absolutely isolated from the outside air, and the reserved vent should be as closed as possible. The ventilation duct can be equipped with upper and lower air windows. The air window area should be slightly larger, and it needs to be covered with 4 layers of gauze for simple dust filtering. After a day's work, you can open the window for full ventilation and then seal it. In short, it should be clean and sterile, and the air should be fresh, suitable for work. The gauze covered on the ventilation window should be changed and washed frequently. However, the above measures are only ideal design schemes, which are often not easy to achieve in an all-round way. In fact, as long as aseptic operation procedures are strictly followed, and there is a clean bench in the room with open doors and windows, the inoculation pollution rate can still be controlled at a tolerable level in production
