The clean bench is powered by a three-phase motor, with a power of about 145-260w. The air is blown out through a "super filter" composed of special microporous foam plastic sheets, forming a continuous, dust-free and sterile laminar flow of super clean air, that is, the so-called "high-efficiency special air", which removes more than 0.3 μ M dust, fungi and bacterial spores, etc. The flow rate of super clean air is 24-30m/min, which is enough to prevent pollution caused by possible disturbance of nearby air, and such flow rate will not prevent the burning and disinfection of instruments with alcohol lamp or Bunsen lamp. The staff operates under such sterile conditions to keep the sterile materials free from contamination during the transfer inoculation process. However, in case of power failure during operation, materials exposed to unfiltered air will be difficult to avoid pollution. At this time, the work should be finished quickly and a mark should be made on the bottle. If the material in the bottle is in the proliferation stage, it will not be used for proliferation in the future and will be transferred to rooting culture. If it is a general production material, it can also be discarded because it is extremely rich. If it is in the process of rooting, it can be reserved for later planting.
The power supply of the clean bench is mostly three-phase four wire system, in which there is a zero line, which connects to the machine shell and should be firmly connected to the ground wire. The other three lines are phase lines, and the working voltage is 380V. There is a certain order in the three wire access circuit. If the wire ends are connected wrongly and the wind turbine reverses, the sound is normal or slightly abnormal, and there is no wind in the front of the clean bench (use an alcohol lamp flame to observe the movement and static state, not a long test), the power supply should be cut off in time. It can be solved as long as the wire ends of any two phases are switched over and connected again. If the three-phase line is only connected to two phases, or one of the three phases is in poor contact, the sound of the machine is very abnormal, and the power supply should be cut off immediately for careful maintenance, otherwise the motor will be burned. These common sense should be explained to the staff at the beginning of using the clean bench to avoid accidents and losses that should not be caused.
The air inlet of the super clean platform is at the back or below the front. There is a common foam plastic sheet or non-woven fabric in the metal mesh cover to block large particles of dust. It should be checked and removed frequently. If the foam plastic is found to be aging, it should be replaced in time. Except for the air inlet, if there are air leakage holes, they should be blocked tightly, such as sticking adhesive tape, cotton, glue paper, etc. The metal mesh cover on the front of the workbench is a super filter, which can also be replaced. If the use of the super filter is long, the dust particles are blocked, the wind speed is reduced, and sterile operation cannot be guaranteed, it can be replaced with a new one.
