The center has an automatic microbial identification system, nucleic acid sequencer, flow cytometer, automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer, ion chromatography There are more than 300 sets (sets) of large-scale precision instruments and equipment such as instruments, gas chromatographs, gas-mass spectrometers, high-performance liquid chromatographs, liquid-mass spectrometers, and automatic biochemical analyzers.

There are 10 100,000-level purification laboratories, 10 negative pressure biological safety secondary laboratories, 12 atmospheric biological safety secondary laboratories, 6 PCR laboratories, and an emergency detection vehicle (BSL-2). It has a barrier environment animal room of 500 square meters and a general environment animal room of 200 square meters.
