Scope of application of PCR worktable
This SOP is applicable to all domestic medical clean worktables used in the laboratory.
Responsibilities of PCR Cabinets
Laboratory staff shall be familiar with and strictly abide by this SOP, and the person in charge of the laboratory shall supervise the implementation.
1 the newly installed or unused worktable must be carefully cleaned with an ultra clean vacuum cleaner or articles that do not produce fiber before use.
2. Turn on the power supply, and turn on the UV lamp and the fan unit at the same time 15-30 minutes before use.
3 when it is necessary to adjust the wind speed of the fan, use the wind speed adjustment button on the operating panel of the workbench to adjust. The fan and lighting are indicated by the indicator light.
4 it is forbidden to store unnecessary items on the worktable to keep the clean air flow in the working area from being disturbed.
5 it is forbidden to record and write on the worktable, and try to avoid obvious disturbance of air flow during work; It is forbidden to place articles at the pre filtered air inlet to avoid blocking the air inlet and reducing the air inlet volume and purification capacity.
6 after use, clean the worktable with disinfectant and turn on the UV lamp. After 15-30 minutes, turn off the UV lamp and turn off the power supply of the clean table.
7 please unplug the power plug of the worktable that has not been used for a long time.
1 according to the cleanliness of the environment, the filter material in the pre filter shall be removed and cleaned regularly, with a general interval of 3~6 months.
2 clean the clean table after each use. After cleaning the worktable with 4%84 disinfectant, turn on the UV lamp for 15 ~ 30 minutes.
3 regularly (usually once every half a year) measure the wind speed in the working area. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements of technical parameters, the power supply voltage of the fan can be adjusted. When the voltage of the wind turbine is adjusted to the maximum, and the wind speed in the working area is still less than 0.3m/s, the high-efficiency air filter must be replaced.
