In the factory production, when the inoculation workload is very large and it needs to work for a long time, the super clean table is a very ideal equipment. The super clean table is driven by a three-phase motor with a power of about 145 ~ 260W. The air is blown out through a "super filter" composed of special microporous foam sheets, forming a continuous dust-free and sterile super clean air laminar flow, that is, the so-called "high-efficiency special air", which removes more than 0.3 μ M dust, fungi and bacterial spores, etc. The flow rate of ultra clean air is 24 ~ 30m/min, which is enough to prevent pollution caused by possible disturbance of nearby air, and such flow rate will not hinder the burning and disinfection of instruments with alcohol lamp or Bunsen lamp. The staff operate under such sterile conditions to keep the sterile materials free from contamination during the transfer and inoculation process. However, in case of power failure during operation, the materials exposed to unfiltered air will not be immune to pollution. At this time, the work should be finished quickly and a mark should be made on the bottle. If the materials in the bottle are in the proliferation stage, they will no longer be used for proliferation and will be transferred to rooting culture. If it is a general production material, it can also be discarded because it is extremely rich. If it is in the process of rooting, it can be reserved for future planting.

Three phase four wire system is adopted for the power supply of the super clean desk. One zero wire is connected to the machine shell and should be firmly connected to the ground wire. The other three wires are phase wires and the working voltage is 380V. There is a certain sequence in the three-wire access circuit. If the wire head is wrongly connected, the wind is reversed, the sound is normal or slightly abnormal, and there is no wind on the front of the super clean table (the movement and static can be observed with the flame of the alcohol lamp, which should not be tried for a long time), the power supply should be cut off in time. As long as the wire heads of any two phases are exchanged and connected again, it can be solved. If only two phases of the three-phase line are connected, or one of the three phases is in poor contact, the sound of the machine is very abnormal. Immediately cut off the power supply for careful maintenance, otherwise the motor will be burned. These common sense should be explained to the staff at the beginning of using the super clean table to avoid accidents and losses that should not be caused.

The air inlet of the super clean table is at the bottom of the back or front. There is an ordinary foam plastic sheet or non-woven fabric in the metal mesh cover to block large particle dust. It should be checked and removed frequently. If the foam plastic is found to be aging, it should be replaced in time. In addition to the air inlet, if there are air leakage holes, they should be blocked, such as pasting adhesive tape, plugging cotton, pasting glue paper, etc. There is a super filter inside the metal mesh cover on the front of the workbench. The super filter can also be replaced. If the dust particles are blocked and the wind speed is reduced due to long service life, it can be replaced with a new one if aseptic operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service life of the super clean table is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate areas, the ultra Clean Bench can be used in general laboratories. However, in tropical or subtropical areas, due to the high amount of pollen in the atmosphere, or areas with much dust, the ultra Clean Bench should be placed in a better room with double doors. Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the super clean table face the open door or window, so as not to affect the service life of the filter.

The sterile room should be regularly dusted and disinfected with 70% alcohol or 0.5% phenol spray, wiped the table and utensils with 2% Bromogeramine (70% alcohol can also be used), regularly sealed fumigated with formalin (40% formaldehyde) and a small amount of potassium permanganate, combined with ultraviolet sterilization lamp (opened for more than 15 minutes each time) and other disinfection and sterilization methods, so that the sterile room can always maintain a high degree of sterility. The interior of the inoculation box should also be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp. Before use, turn on the lamp for more than 15 minutes to sterilize, but there are still bacteria in the places that cannot be irradiated. When the ultraviolet lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to form ozone molecules. This gas component has a strong bactericidal effect, and can produce a sterilization effect on the corners that are not directly illuminated by ultraviolet rays. As ozone is harmful to health, turn off the UV lamp before entering the operation, and enter the room after turning off for more than ten minutes.

The ultraviolet lamp can also be hoisted on the super clean workbench, but it should be installed outside the lighting lamp cover, and the lamps should be staggered and arranged in parallel, so as not to hinder the lighting during operation. If the ultraviolet lamp is installed in the lighting lampshade (glass plate), it is useless, because the ultraviolet cannot penetrate the glass, and its lamp tube is made of quartz glass, not silicate glass.

The inoculation room shall be as simple as possible, and all items not directly related to the work of the room shall not be put in, so as to maintain the sterile state.

The air in the inoculation room shall be absolutely isolated from the outside air, and the reserved vent shall be closed as far as possible. The ventilation duct can be provided with upper and lower air windows. The air window area should be slightly larger and need to be covered with 4 layers of gauze for simple dust filtering. After a day's work, windows can be opened for full ventilation, and then sealed. In short, it is necessary to be clean, dust-free and sterile, as well as fresh air, suitable for work. The gauze covered on the ventilation window should be changed and washed frequently. However, the above-mentioned measures are only ideal design schemes, which are often difficult to be fully implemented. In fact, as long as aseptic operation procedures are strictly enforced, and there is an ultra clean table in the room with open doors and windows, the contamination rate of vaccination can still be controlled at a tolerable level in production.
