The exhaust fans in buffer zone I, buffer zone II and PCR amplification area can be opened to exhaust air, and return air vents with adjustable air volume are installed on the outer wall of the experimental area and on each door, and the air is ventilated indoors through the air return vents.
3. Disinfection: UV lamps are installed at the top of the three experimental areas and the three buffer zones and inside the transmission window for disinfection. Mobile ultraviolet lamps are also set up in the reagent preparation area and the specimen preparation area to locally disinfect the laboratory table.
4. Stainless steel transfer window: Reagents and specimens are transferred through the mechanical interlocking stainless steel (electronic interlocking method is not recommended) transfer window to ensure that reagents and specimens are not contaminated during the transfer process (personal shunting).
5. Floor: It is recommended to use PVC coil floor or artesian floor for the floor, which has good integrity. Easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
