Practice has proved that this technology has a high removal efficiency for COD and BOD. The wastewater in the first-level floating packing biochemical tank flows into the second-level by itself. Floating packing biochemical tank, the second tank adopts the same method.

4. The water of the secondary floating packing biochemical tank flows into the inclined plate sedimentation tank. The polypropylene honeycomb inclined pipe is added to the tank, which can greatly improve the sedimentation efficiency. In addition, the hydraulic load is high, the residence time is short, and the floor area is small.

5. The coagulation sedimentation tank and the inclined plate sedimentation tank settle the sludge and discharge it into the sludge thickening tank, and then it is dewatered by the sludge dewatering machine.

6. The water discharged from the inclined plate sedimentation tank flows into the clear water tank, and is discharged after testing.

Wastewater treatment method:

1. According to the function: sewage treatment can be divided into three types: physical method, biological method and chemical method according to its function.

(1) Physical method: It mainly uses physical action to separate insoluble substances in sewage, and does not change the chemical properties during the treatment process. Commonly used are gravity separation, centrifugal separation, reverse osmosis, air flotation and so on. Physical treatment of structures is relatively simple and economical, and is used in villages and towns with large water capacity, strong self-purification ability, and low requirements for sewage treatment.

(2) Biological method: Using the metabolic function of microorganisms, the organic matter in the dissolved or colloidal state in the sewage is decomposed and oxidized into stable inorganic substances, so that the sewage can be purified. Commonly used are activated sludge method and biofilm method. The biological method has a higher degree of treatment than the physical method.

(3) Chemical method: It is a method of using chemical reaction to treat or recover dissolved substances or colloidal substances in sewage, which is mostly used in industrial wastewater. Commonly used are coagulation method, neutralization method, redox method, ion exchange method, etc. The chemical treatment method has good treatment effect and high cost, and is mostly used as the effluent after biochemical treatment for further treatment to improve the effluent quality.

2. According to the degree of treatment: According to the degree of treatment, sewage treatment can be divided into primary treatment, secondary treatment and tertiary treatment.

(1) The primary treatment is mainly to remove the suspended solid substances in the sewage, and the physical method is commonly used.

(2) The main task of the secondary treatment is to greatly remove the organic matter in the colloidal and dissolved state in the sewage, and the BOD removal rate is 80% to 90%.

(3) The purpose of tertiary treatment is to further remove certain special pollutants, such as fluorine removal, phosphorus removal, etc., which belongs to advanced treatment and commonly used chemical method.
