Operating Instructions for Laboratory Wastewater Treatment Equipment

1. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch. The system starts up and displays the welcome interface. Click the standby interface to enter the system.

Parameter setting description:

1. The range of acid and alkali is set according to the situation. The factory default is: the acid value is set to 6, and the alkali value is set to 9. The equipment will automatically add liquid medicine according to the set value to keep the PH value of wastewater between 6-9;

2. The settling time of flocs in water can be set for settling time;

3 The dosing duration of PAC/ZM pump is used to set the dosing amount;

4 Intermittent dosing time is used for the interval between two dosing;

5 Start up backwashing is a cleaning of ultrafiltration membrane before equipment operation to ensure the normal operation of ultrafiltration membrane;

6 The reaction stirring time is the time of ozone disinfection and oxidation reduction;

6. After setting, click the system overview function key to enter the screen, and click the operation icon to start the automatic operation of the device.

7. If manual operation is required, click Manual Control, and click to activate manual mode. After the manual mode lights up, it can be operated manually. When the system has faults or needs debugging, manual operation can be used under the guidance of professionals. (Do not use manual operation during normal operation. When dredging is required, please open the ball valve at the bottom of the corresponding water tank and switch to the manual state. Click the manual button of the sludge pump, and the system will start dredging.).
