When the distance between moving and stationary blades increases, the influence of potential flow interference decreases much faster than that of wake velocity change, and the effect of blades as sound barriers will also decrease with the increase of distance. It can be seen that there are at least three parameters that affect the magnitude of interference noise: blade shape of velocity field waveform (that is, blade load), distance between blade rows, and blade radiation area as sound source. Very small spacing can have two acoustic effects. If the force pulsation established by the stationary blade interference field on the moving blade makes the moving blade become a sound source, while the stationary blade is a sound barrier.

Maintenance of tube axial fan

1. The operating environment should always be kept clean, the fan surface should be kept clean, the air inlet and outlet should be free of debris, and the dust and other debris in the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.

2. It can only operate under the condition that the fan is completely normal. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the capacity of power supply facilities is sufficient and the voltage is stable. It is strictly prohibited to operate in defect. The power supply line must be a dedicated line and should not be powered by temporary lines for a long time.

3. If the fan is found to have abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is charged, the switch trips, and cannot be started during the operation of the fan, it should be shut down immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out maintenance during the operation of the fan. After the maintenance, the test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the machine for operation.

4. Replenish or replace the lubricating grease to the bearing from time to time according to the environmental conditions (it is not necessary to replace the lubricating grease for the closed bearing of the motor within the service life). In order to ensure the good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oil filling times shall not be less than 1000 hours / time. The closed bearing and motor bearing shall be filled with zl-3 lithium base lubricating grease to fill 1/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing; It is strictly forbidden to operate without oil.

5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, protective measures shall be taken. In the process of storage and handling, prevent the fan from bumping, so as to prevent the fan from being damaged.
