It is required that the gas delivered by the tube axial fan should be free of significant dust, viscosity and fibrous substances; The temperature of direct connected motor shall not exceed 40 ℃, and that of belt drive type shall not exceed 60 ℃. The amount of dust in the transmitted gas shall not exceed 150mg/m3. The tube axial fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor and other parts, and the support is connected with the casing air duct with profile steel. Among them, the impeller and casing of the anti-corrosion tube axial fan are made of FRP, while other types of tube axial fans are generally made of steel plate.

Working principle

When the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet, and is pushed by the blades on the impeller to increase the energy of the gas, and then flows into the guide vane. The guide vane will deflect the gas flow into axial flow, and guide the gas into the diffuser to further convert the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy, and finally introduce it into the working pipeline.

The working mode of axial fan blades is similar to that of aircraft wings. However, the latter acts the lift upward on the wing and supports the weight of the aircraft, while the axial fan fixes the position and moves the air.

The cross section of tube axial fan is generally wing section. The blade can be fixed in position or rotate around its longitudinal axis. The angle between the blade and the air flow or the blade spacing can be non adjustable or adjustable. Changing the blade angle or spacing is one of the main advantages of tube axial fans. The vane pitch angle produces a lower flow, while increasing the pitch can produce a higher flow.

Advanced axial-flow fans can change the blade spacing when the fan is running (which is quite similar to the helicopter rotor), so as to change the flow accordingly. This is called the movable blade adjustable (VP) tube axial fan.
