The working principle of the ultra-clean workbench: The workbench is equipped with a centrifugal workbench fan. The airflow is sent out to meet the requirements of the local area for the production environment, and it is one of the important purification equipment for improving process conditions and ensuring cleanliness.
1: Regularly clean the external hygiene of the workbench, especially the top, to prevent dust from being inhaled from the initial effect port, and do not wipe it with corrosive substances.
2: According to the cleanliness of the clean room of each unit, clean the primary filter regularly, pay attention to power off when removing the top cover, and avoid direct contact with electricity.
3: When moving the glass door, do not yank and release it violently to prevent the wire rope from derailing from the pulley, causing the glass door to be unusable.
4: It is recommended to use a small amount of wind during initial use, and the amount of air can also be adjusted according to personal requirements.
5: Try to avoid long-term operation of the workbench, and shut down after use
6: If you need to light an alcohol lamp in the workbench when doing various experiments, you should pay attention to the flame of the alcohol lamp to avoid burning the filter in the operating space.

Depending on the cleanliness of the environment, the coarse filter cloth (polyester non-woven fabric) can be removed for cleaning or replaced regularly (usually 2 to 3 months). 5.4.2 Sterilize the environment on a regular basis (usually one week), and at the same time, use gauze dipped in organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone to wipe the outer surface of the UV germicidal lamp to keep the surface clean, otherwise the sterilization effect will be affected.
