1. Main structure: The main body is color steel plate and aluminum alloy profile. 2. Standard four-zone separation and air pressure adjustment: The PCR process is divided into four independent experimental zones: reagent preparation, sample preparation, PCR amplification, and product analysis. There is an integral buffer corridor throughout the area. Each independent experimental area is provided with a buffer zone, and at the same time, each area is adjusted by air pressure, so that the reagents and samples are free from aerosol contamination during the entire PCR experiment process, and the contamination of amplification products to personnel and the environment is reduced. The exhaust fans in buffer zone I, buffer zone II and PCR amplification area can be opened to exhaust air, and return air vents with adjustable air volume are installed on the outer wall of the experimental area and on each door, and the air is ventilated indoors through the air return vents.
3. Disinfection: UV lamps are installed at the top of the three experimental areas and the three buffer zones and inside the transmission window for disinfection. Mobile ultraviolet lamps are also set up in the reagent preparation area and the specimen preparation area to locally disinfect the laboratory table.
4. Stainless steel transfer window: Reagents and specimens are transferred through the mechanical interlocking stainless steel (electronic interlocking method is not recommended) transfer window to ensure that reagents and specimens are not contaminated during the transfer process (personal shunting).
5. Floor: It is recommended to use PVC coil floor or artesian floor for the floor, which has good integrity. Easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
6. Lighting: The lamps should be purified lamps, which can achieve the characteristics of easy cleaning and no dust accumulation.

High-speed benchtop refrigerated centrifuge: collect microbial cells, cell debris and other sediments. Some samples require a low temperature environment because they are not stable at room temperature
