Installation and use of Fume Extractor Arm

1. Select the installation position of the exhaust hood according to the workplace and indoor environment, punch holes on the ceiling top according to the fixing seat holes, and fix the fixing frame on the ceiling top with M8 expansion screws;

2. Insert the expansion pipe into the exhaust pipe hole of the fixed frame, lock the expansion pipe with the exhaust pipe with a pipe clamp, and position and tighten the decorative plate;

3. Tighten the gas collecting cover;

4. Connect the air outlet and connect the air outlet with the exhaust system;

5. During use, the gas collecting hood can be pulled at will to align it with the exhaust point and adjust the flow regulating button. Turn the adjusting knob back to close the windshield and fold the air collecting cover back.

Precautions for installation and use of Fume Extractor Arm

1. There are pressure bearings and rubber rings in the joint. If the joint is loose, the joint knob can be properly tightened;

2. Do not push and pull the gas collecting cover too hard;

3. The expansion pipe and the fixed frame shall not exceed 90 degrees in the vertical plane, otherwise they will rebound;

4. Installation height: the maximum vertical distance between the ceiling and the air intake is 2440mm and the minimum is 1710mm.
