Centrifugal fan is a complex equipment, mainly composed of air inlet, air valve, impeller, motor and air outlet. Under different conditions, the effect of centrifugal fan is also different. Therefore, the operation conditions of different parts are not unified, and the effect of centrifugal fan will be affected. There are many ways to debug the centrifugal fan to the best state.

1. Centrifugal fans are allowed to start at full pressure or step-down electrically, but it should be noted that the current at full pressure starting is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, step-down starting should be adopted.

2. During the commissioning of centrifugal fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage of the fan power supply meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components meets the requirements.

3. The number of people during commissioning shall not be less than two. One person controls the power supply and one person observes the operation of the fan. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection; First, check whether the rotation direction is correct; After the centrifugal fan starts to operate, immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; If there is any abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine for inspection. After five minutes of operation, stop the machine to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon of the fan, and then start the machine for operation after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.

4. During the commissioning of the two speed centrifugal fan, the low speed should be started first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; When starting the high-speed fan, it must be started after the fan is stationary, so as to prevent the high-speed reverse rotation from causing switch tripping and motor damage.

5. When the centrifugal fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the centrifugal fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.

6. The motor power required by the centrifugal fan refers to the large power required for the centrifugal fan and fan box when the air inlet is fully opened under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully opened for operation, the motor is in danger of damage. During fan commissioning, it is best to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan, gradually open the valve after operation until the required working condition is reached, and pay attention to whether the running current of the fan exceeds the rated current.

If the centrifugal fan is debugged in strict accordance with the above commissioning method, the efficiency of the centrifugal fan can reach more than 98%.
